The Connect Flow is an online marketplace that connects homeowners with local tradespeople in the United Kingdom. We act as an intermediary platform only — we are not party to any contracts made between homeowners and tradespeople.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Homeowners

• Jobs posted must be genuine and accurately described.
• You agree to treat tradespeople with respect and professionalism.
• Payments made through the platform are subject to our payment terms.
• You are responsible for verifying that the tradesperson holds any required certifications for regulated work (e.g., Gas Safe, NICEIC).

5. Tradespeople

• You must hold all necessary licences, certifications, and insurance required for the work you offer.
• Quotes submitted must be genuine and honoured if accepted.
• Subscriptions are required to access job listings beyond the free tier.
• You agree not to solicit homeowners to conduct work outside the platform to avoid fees.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of charge.
• Job access limits reset at the start of each billing period.
• Payments between homeowners and tradespeople are facilitated through Stripe.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.
• Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Connect Flow is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of services provided by tradespeople. Any disputes between homeowners and tradespeople are to be resolved between those parties directly.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
